IDL Agent has to verify availability of valid Original Driver License from the client and provide a copy with every order.
IDL Agent has to take responsibility for customer service or administrative tasks, inform customers about their rights and obligations. Each IDL Agent success depends on his or her background dedication, desire and motivation.
